Hi simmers!!

How is everyone doing this weekend? I come to show you something I’m working on that will most likely be up for download some time this month. It is a house I will feature in the next chapter of The Mellarks which will be posted next week. I told you guys I was inspired! Haha.

Here are a few pictures of grandma’s house by the lake:

I lost the two houses I was using for The Mellarks of Sunset Valley (Annabelle’s house and her grandmother’s) I could have used a house from my favorite creator (rubyred) but as much as I love her lots I wanted to create one myself. It just doesn’t feel right somehow. So this house happened.

Mellark Family Tree–Mellarks of Riverview

I remember when I first came up with the idea for The Mellark Legacy, and what truly inspired me to write the story was creating their family tree and thinking of all these mini background stories that made each of the members.

However, not just because of this reason I will create a family tree for the Mellarks of Riverview. This family is a big part of Annabelle’s story and they deserve to have their own family tree. Meanwhile I’m going to get inspired with all their little stories and perhaps gain the strength to finish this story of Annabelle and Aaron and how their names both start with an A and it was not premeditated. Really, it wasn’t.

 Mellarks of Riverview

So, remember this family here? Charles the founder of the Mellark Hospital in Sunset Valley?

He married Victoria Mellark and had twin kids: Arthur and John.

Well, Arthur is Annabelle’s great-grandfather right? John is Aaron’s great-grandfather.

John Mellark moved back to Riverview and inherit his grandfather’s state. In 1931 he married the town doctor’s daughter, Alicia Jenkins.

Arthur (Annbelle’s great-grandfather) has his own family tree. If you have missed it, here is the link: Mellark’s of Sunset Valley

John Mellark’s Descendants:

John and Alicia had two children: Julia Mellark; and Jonathan Mellark.

Jonathan took charge of the State after studying finances. He married Patricia Smith, a local from Riverview.

Julia moved to the big city where she pursued a career in Psychology. She married a journalist, Michael Wilde. They had three sons: Michael Jr.; Edward; and Charles.

Jonathan Mellark’s Descendants:

The marriage of Jonathan with Patricia became an awaited event in Riverview by all the locals. Their union was blessed with many years of happiness.

Jonathan and Patricia Mellark had four children; Johan Mellark; Lucia Mellark; and twin siblings Joan and Joaquin Mellark.

Johan Mellark build a career in the military. He married high school sweet-heart and 5th cousin Milka Mellark.

Lucia Mellark married John Mathews and lives near Riverview in a small town call “Citrus Cove” with her husband and two children: Leanna, and Johnathan Mathews. Her family owns a small Equestrian club.

Joan Mellark studied architectural design and moved to the city. She married Doctor Luther Anderson and they had three children: Ethan, Elisabeth, and Tyson Anderson.

Joaquin Mellark died in 1983. He had always been a very weak child growing up suffering from asthma. He was found dead in his bed the morning after his 23rd birthday.

Johan Mellark’s Descendants:

Johan and Milka Mellark dated in high school for a short time. They did not meet again until much later when his parents had advised him it was time to marry.

Johan Sebastian Mellark passed away in the year 1992, just 4 months after coming home from the war. He was hit by a drunk driver while taking his two sons out for a drive. The boys made it, but Johan was pronounced dead at the hospital. Him and his wife were expecting a third child.

Clare was born 6 months after Johan’s death. Her older brothers are: Joshua and Aaron. The family mourn for a long period.

This family tree was the hardest thing to put together yet! There was a lot to take into consideration. Glad is over and hope it is to your liking!
